In My Room

(2024 - Final Major Project). Burnley College University Campus.

These illustrations and text-based pieces were created for the end of year exhibition in the first year of my degree. They were inspired by the lyrics of Hozier and Caroline Polachek. 

 

The goal was to create posters that would be mounted on the walls of my exhibiton space, which was decorated and furnished to look like a bedroom. I also mounted collage/mixed media posters from a previous brief, as well as stickers made from elements of the art work and handmade concert-style friendship bracelets/keyrings.

This was the beginning of my love for/journey with set design style installation exhibitions!
